CBC Finance Ltd. Signs Strategic MoU with Ideal Motors (Private) Limited
We are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between CBC Finance Ltd., a fully owned subsidiary of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC, and Ideal Motors (Private) Limited, held on October 21, 2025.
The MoU was officially signed by Mr. Delakshan Hettiarachchi, Executive Director – CBC Finance Ltd., and Ms. Nimisha Welgama, Director – Legal & Corporate Affairs, Ideal Group of Companies.
The signing ceremony was graced by senior officials including Mr. Rangana Shamil (Head of Business Development – CBC Finance), Mr. Raveendra Ranasinghe (Senior Manager – Three-Wheelers/Motorcycles – CBC Finance) and Mr.Nuwan Wickramathilake (Cluster Manager – Western Cluster – CBC Finance) . Representing Ideal Motors were Mr. Kasun Fernando (General Manager – Commercial Vehicles), Mr. Trevene Ferdinand (Assistant General Manager – Corporate/Tender), Mr. Dinesh Manage (Business Development Manager), along with other distinguished representatives.
